Sustainibility & Certifications

While NOP and NPOP certifications guarantee the cotton was grown from non-GMO seeds in soil free from synthetic toxins, the GOTS seal acts as a rigorous ethical audit for the entire journey—from the ginning mill to the final stitch. Together, they provide third-party proof that our entire product line meets the world’s highest standards for both environmental regeneration and human dignity, ensuring that no harmful chemicals touch your skin or the earth.
Because our garments are made from natural fibers, they are biodegradable. However, to support a circular economy in fashion, we recommend textile recycling programs or clothing donation organizations in India to extend the garment's life first. If the item is beyond repair, you can explore upcycling old clothes into household items. We are also working on clothing take-back programs to ensure responsible end of life textile management for all our products.
Shipping, Returns & Payments
We ship directly from our studio in India. Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be updated as available.
We offer a transparent shipping policy. You can enjoy a free shipping on all domestic orders. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight. Our typical delivery timeline expectation is 5-7 business days for domestic and 10-15 days for international. We also offer express shipping options and provide tracking for order shipments.
We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay via credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit cards, and net banking. We also support modern options like UPI payment options and digital wallet payments. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway, ensuring your data is safe across multiple payment options.
We want you to love your purchase. Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must meet our item return conditions: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please check our returns window timeframe carefully. We also offer an easy exchange policy for size swaps. Note that return eligibility may vary for international orders, but we strive for free returns on domestic exchanges where possible.
Once we receive your return, the refund processing time is typically 5-7 business days. You might wonder, "when will I get my refund?"—you will receive an email notification once it is initiated. The refund is credited back to the original payment method. You can check refund status tracking via our support team. The total return refund timeline depends on your bank's processing speed.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours. We will expedite a product replacement process for any wrong item received or defective item return. If the item was damaged in shipping, send us photos immediately. Our customer service resolution team will ensure you are not out of pocket for any damaged product claim.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Our order cancellation policy requires you to contact us immediately. If you need to change order details like the address, please do so within 24 hours. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot modify the order after purchase.
