Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include tags.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report within 7 days.
• Artisanre will arrange for replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items on sale, gift cards, or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
